Return items must be unworn/unwashed, in new condition and with all the labels still attached. This includes visible signs of use including, deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hair, etc. We will not process your Return if the items are not within these conditions upon receipt of the items here at Superrevel.com.

*If you received Defective, Damaged or Incorrect items, contact us within 5 days of when your package was received with a photo of the defect or issue to: [email protected] so we can fix it for you.
 
HOW DO I GET MY RETURN STARTED?
First, submit a request with us for your Return. Click here to submit a Return request.
 
Upon approval of your Request, You will need to send your item to Superrevel address.

*Required- Include a Printed copy of your Order confirmation or your packing slip in your return package that lists your order number and items that were ordered with us. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email.
 
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY RETURN ITEMS ARRIVE AT SUPERREVEL?
Once we receive your return, We will send your personal In-store credit code to your Superrevel account email or we will process the refund. If you need us to send the code to a different email please include the email in the comments when placing your request, or let us know at [email protected]
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card or bank issuer) after the refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
Returns may take up to 7 business days to process once they are delivered back to Superrevel. We will be sure to process Returns and issue your In-store credit as soon as possible.
 
¿DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXCHANGE OR RETURNS?
You must pay for the reshipment of your order. You can exchange your garment to a similar size and model of the same value. (Please see our sizing guide to avoid changes)

RELATED SHIPPING CHARGES
If the return was due to an error of Superrevel (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don’t want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.

 
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE EXCHANGE HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
When we receive the return in our warehouse, we will send you a notice of receipt by email, confirming the receipt of the package.
Within a period of 30 days of the reception of the warning of cancellation, we will process the Exchange.
 

CANCELING YOUR ORDER
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed on our website. If you need to cancel an order, you have a small window of opportunity to do so. You can send us a message within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try canceling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the shipping process, unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.

LATE RETURNS
Returns postmarked after 30 days will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
