At SuperRevel, we know how difficult it is to order merchandise online without actually seeing the goods in front of you. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns for within 45 days of placing your order.
 
Returns items must be unworn/unwashed, in new condition and with all the labels still attached. This includes visible signs of use including, deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hair, etc. We will not process your Exchanges if the items are not within these conditions upon receipt of the items here at SuperRevel.com.

*If you received Defective, Damaged or Incorrect items, contact us within 5 days of when your package was received with a photo of the defect or issue to: info@superrevel.com so we can fix it for you.
 
HOW DO I GET MY RETURN STARTED?
First, submit a request with us for your Return. Click here to submit a Return request.
 
Upon approval of your Request, You will need to ship your items to SuperRevel to:

*Required- Include a Printed copy of your Order confirmation or your packing slip in your package that lists your order number and items that were ordered with us. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email.
 
 
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY ITEMS ARRIVE AT SuperRevel?
Once we receive your items, We will send you a personal In-store credit code plus $5.00 to your Superevel’s account email. If you need us to send the code to a different email please include the email in the comments when placing your request, or let us know at info@superrevel.com. In-store credit will be the exact price you paid minus the shipping cost. 
 
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
When we receive your items, we will send you a notice of receipt by email, confirming the receipt of the package.
Within a period of 15 days of the reception of the warning of cancellation, we will process the in Store-Credit to your account.
 
 
¿DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXCHANGE?
You must pay for the reshipment of your order.

RELATED SHIPPING CHARGES
If the Exchange was due to an error of SuperRevel (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the Return.
If the Exchange is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you want to change it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
 
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Kindly note that it can take 3-7 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed.
 
There is an additional $5 restocking fee for all returns for a refund.
 
Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
CANCELING YOUR ORDER
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed on our website.
If you need to cancel an order, you have a small window of opportunity to do so. You can send us a message within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try canceling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the shipping process, unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.
 
LATE RETURNS
Returns postmarked after 45 days will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
 
Please keep in mind that we offer 45 days to present your Exchange or Refunds. If you submit your exchange or return request after 45 days of placing your order, your exchanges request will not be accepted.
 
 
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS
If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, the item you received is defective or worn size), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return and provide a prepaid shipping label via email for orders within the United States.
 
If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don’t want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
 
For international orders, if the return was due to an error of ours (for example, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. Please use Standard Mail. We will only cover the shipping cost for Standard Mail by issuing you store credit.
 
 
At this time we are not able to send out a prepaid shipping label for orders outside of the USA.
 
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Once your return is approved, you will receive a notification email with instructions.
 
Return your item(s) using your local Post Office
Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
Please use Standard Mail. We will only cover the shipping cost for Standard Mail by issuing you store credit.
 
Returns are processed within 3-7 business days of being delivered back to our Warehouse.
